Reviews and Ratings
The stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The hot springs were absolutely delightful, and the staff made efforts to enhance our experience, but the room cleanliness and Wi-Fi issues were disappointing. Despite some amenities being enjoyable, the overall value felt skewed due to the price we paid for our stay.
My stay at the Springs Resort was fantastic! The hot springs were incredibly relaxing, and the staff really went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. However, the room could use a little updating and the pillows were less than ideal. Overall, I found it to be a great value for a getaway!
The resort has a beautiful pool and hot springs area that made our stay enjoyable, but the room was outdated and not very clean. While the service was decent, the lack of a proper dining option and overall room condition left us wanting more. Overall, I might return for the hot springs but would seek different lodging.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, especially enjoying the relaxing hot springs and the fantastic pools available at all hours. The rooms were great, though I noticed a slight odor possibly from the hot springs. The experience was overall rejuvenating and family-friendly, but I felt that a fine dining option would enhance the stay further.
We had a memorable stay at the resort to celebrate my birthday and Father's Day. The check-in process felt rushed and not particularly welcoming, which was disappointing. However, the maid service was exceptional, and one staff member, Christina, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Overall, the facilities were great for relaxation, but the initial service could use improvement.
