The stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The hot springs were absolutely delightful, and the staff made efforts to enhance our experience, but the room cleanliness and Wi-Fi issues were disappointing. Despite some amenities being enjoyable, the overall value felt skewed due to the price we paid for our stay.
